Regulation (EU) 1756/2024 , published in the Official Journal of the European Union, modifies and rectifies Regulation (EU) 915/2023 relating to the maximum levels of certain contaminants in foods.
This intervention was necessary, following the entry into force of this legislation, to clarify or correct some points of the table appearing in Annex I of this Regulation.
The regulation will come into force from 16 July 2024 .
