For companies and the PA that process critical or large-scale data, the obligation has been in force since 24 May 2018 to have a DATA PROTECTION OFFICER.

- Freelancers who carry out or intend to carry out consultancy activities in the privacy field (Lawyers and legal consultants, Risk Managers, etc.)
