CSQA announces the appointment of the new Board of Directors and the proclamation of the new President, following the Shareholders' Meeting held today.The Board of Directors will be composed of:

The Shareholders' Meeting unanimously designated Dr. Pietro Bonato , former General Manager and CEO, one of the founders of CSQA and a figure of great experience and strategic vision, as the new President and CEO. He will assume the Presidency for the next three-year period 2025/2028.
Dr. Marina Montedoro has been appointed Vice President.
The General Manager, Maria Chiara Ferrarese, also takes on the role of Chief Executive Officer.
The new Board of Directors, which will be responsible for guiding the Certification Body with renewed enthusiasm and determination towards future challenges, is composed of qualified professionals committed to continuing the path of growth and innovation.
The Shareholders' Meeting, the Board of Directors, the General Management and all CSQA employees express sincere and warm thanks to the outgoing President, Carlo Perini , for his contribution, the work carried out and the commitment shown during his mandates.
