CSQA Members Assembly: renewal of corporate offices 2021-2023

The CSQA Shareholders' Meeting, which met on 15 March 2021, with a unanimous vote designated the new Board of Directors which will remain in office for the three-year period 2021-2023.

The Shareholders expressed their views reconfirming the Chairman and some Directors of the previous BoD. Two new entries complete the team that will manage the company for the next 3 years.
