Banca d'Alba is the first Italian banking company to achieve and obtain certification of the paths implemented to reduce the "gender gap" , which sees our country only in 67th place in the world for the achievement of gender equality, for promote inclusion and overcome diversity to carry forward and implement its social and environmental responsibility projects.
The delivery of the certificates certifying that the inspection checks have been passed was carried out by Marco Omodei Salé, Head of Innovation at CSQA , the certification body with which Banca d'Alba carried out the certification and attestation process which was concluded with the release of the certification for gender equality - Uni PdR 125:2022, and the certifications on diversity and inclusion - UNI ISO 30415:2021 and on social responsibility - UNI EN ISO 26000:2020.
