There are 503 cheeses competing for the 19th edition of Caseus, produced by 125 dairies from all over Italy (Abruzzo, Basilicata, Campania, Friuli-Venezia Giulia, Lombardy, Piedmont, Puglia, Sardinia, Sicily, Tuscany, Trentino-Alto Adige, Umbria, Veneto). These are the first issues of Caseus, an event dedicated to the dairy sector which will be held on Saturday 30 September and Sunday 1 October 2023 from 10:00 to 19:00 at Villa Contarini in Piazzola sul Brenta (PD). The definitive program has been published, a billboard that features dozens of contaminations between Consortia and associations and promotes the entire regional and national food and wine sector. As many as 120 opportunities for discussion with the public, including 97 guided tastings and then a market exhibition, solidarity activities and an international workshop dedicated to sector workers.

Also this year at Caseus the presence of the regional stand "Casa Veneto" is confirmed where Veneto Agricoltura will offer a program full of tastings and themed meetings with the support of CSQA , Bioagro, Intermizoo, the PPL (Small Local Productions) Consortium of Veneto and the Truffle Academy. The Fattoria di Italialleva, on the other hand, was also designed for the little ones in collaboration with the regional breeders' association. The tasting events will also be animated by the collaborations with the Consortium for the protection of Prosecco Doc and the Asolo Prosecco Consortium which will accompany the cooking shows, the pizza tastings and the tastings of the great DOP productions.
