The protagonist of the stand is the "Zero Residui" line, which one year after its launch, which took place right on the international stage of the fair, presents itself as an increasingly consolidated reality, in which the Treviso OP continues to invest also in light of the growing interest aroused in the market. The excellent feedback from buyers confirms that this is a line that responds to the needs of modern consumers, who are increasingly oriented towards a simple, genuine and sustainable plant-based diet, also from an environmental point of view.
Zero Residue is a certification issued by the CSQA certifying body to products that guarantee the reduction of pesticide residues allowed on the crop below the quantification limit, equal to 0.01 mg/Kg (CSQA DTP 021 Cert. n. 23765 Pesticide residues <0.01 mg/kg). The search for more sustainable cultivation techniques is the new frontier of agricultural production and it is with this in mind that last year the OP Consorzio Funghi di Treviso worked to acquire the important certification and created an ad hoc name and logo for the references that adhere to it: "Zero Residui".
