
OP Consorzio Funghi di Treviso , together with the Veneto Region, is a protagonist at Fruit Logistica (Berlin, 5-7 February), the fair dedicated to the fruit and vegetable sector. For the occasion, the Treviso cooperative presents its 'Zero residue' line , consisting of various references: Pleurotus ostreatus, whole and sliced White Mushrooms, Cream Mushrooms and Portobello Mushrooms. As the company states, the Zero Residue certification – issued by the CSQA certification body – represents an added value to products already characterized by taste, excellent nutritional characteristics and great versatility in the kitchen.
