The new organizational structure of CSQA - approved at the recent Shareholders' Meeting - sees the reconfirmation of Carlo Perini as President and CEO and of Dr. Pietro Bonato as CEO.The Board of Directors is made up of:

Doctor Maria Chiara Ferrarese has instead assumed the role of General Director of the Certification Body from 1 May 2024, after 25 years of work in CSQA in which she held the position of Deputy Director.
