CSQA has issued INPS the certification of compliance of the management systems relating to the provision of ICT services to support the payment process of recurring pensions, according to the UNI CEI ISO/IEC 20000-1:2020 (IT Service Management) and UNI EN ISO 22301:2019 (Business Continuity Management) standards
This important result places the Institute among the most advanced IT organizations of the public administration, both in terms of management quality which aims to improve the quality of the services offered and in terms of reliability and resilience of strategic services.
With the subsequent integration of the ISO/IEC 27001 (Information Security Management) and ISO/IEC 22237-1:2021 (Information Technology - Data Center facilities and infrastructures) management system, the Institute will equip itself with an integrated management system that will contribute to the evolution of the digital services offer for the country.
The objective that INPS has set itself, through its information technology, is to pursue the continuous improvement of ICT services in support of business processes , creating a management system that defines integrated and transversal organizational models also for the benefit of interoperability between public administrations and inclusion for all citizens.
