CSQA has certified Safe Driving of Bari against the UNI ISO 29990 scheme for the "Design and provision of safe driving courses: basic, advanced, sports and business. Training in the field of road safety education and processing of driving risk assessment. "
Safe Driving, already ISO 9001 certified as a training institution, operates throughout Italy with a team of 70 professional instructors, using the main national racetracks; its training proposals are aimed at all those who drive vehicles on the road, for professional or private needs.
The standard ISO 29990 is specific to i providers of learning services in non-formal education and training , i.e. the one that does not create “legal value” qualifications.
There are two fundamental aspects of this standard:
- the objective is the " customer ", not the content of the training, starting from the definition of the needs up to the evaluation of the achievement of the agreed objectives.
- basic requirements are required (not "best practices"): it is therefore not a guideline and does not contain indications for application. It is a document which, containing verifiable requirements, can be included in contracts and/or used in certification and qualification activities.
