Registrations are now open to participate in the master's degree in Food compliance management organized by Csqa School of agri-food management in partnership with Istum-Institute of management studies , starting on 18 October.
It was created as a response to regulatory, safety and legality needs in companies in the agri-food sector and is aimed at creating the professional figure of the food compliance manager, an indispensable role in the food & beverage sector operating in the national and foreign markets.
In particular , the didactic-practical nature of the master's degree is aimed at training managerial (internal) or professional (external) figures, with specialized knowledge capable of representing the organization to carry out legal and compliance and control functions, to manage internal communication and external, respectively with R&D, marketing, quality, customers and end consumers, institutions; as well as dealing with situations relating to risk management, operational continuity, official controls, food fraud, contracts, labeling up to the management of online marketing.
Increasingly complex bureaucracy, constantly evolving legal aspects, specific skills to guarantee operational continuity: these factors have determined the need for an expert in all aspects. For information: www.istum.it
