CSQA Certificazioni was awarded the tender for the assignment of the support service to the preliminary phase of the pre-accreditation process relating to residential and semi-residential services for people with disabilities of the Healthcare Services Company n. 6 Western Friuli.
The Accreditation tool regulates the supplying entities, public and private, qualify the offer and make the services tend to excellence.
The primary purpose is that the assistance is:
- of high technical-professional and scientific level ,
- provided in effective and efficient conditions,
- equity and equal accessibility to all citizens ,
- is appropriate in relation to the real health, psychological and relational needs of the person.
Another important aspect is the process of continuous improvement of the socio-medical and social structures.
The fact of being accredited must guarantee the stakeholder quality and safety determined by clear, transparent and shared standards.
Strategic objectives of the final project:
- To arrive at a concept of service quality shared by the various players in the system (regulator, buyer, supplier, collective customer).
- Propose development objectives aimed at improving quality and sustainable by the local service system.
- the detailed description of the services that are required of the individual offer units;
- the precise description of the key processes necessary to ensure the performance and continuous improvement of quality;
- the standards required of the supply units with the relative weighting;
- procedure and tools for self-assessment and evaluation of services necessary for pre-accreditation
- training of public and private operators to operate the self-assessment of services
Thanks to this process, ASS 6 will also be able to:
- have feedback from the various services on their weaknesses and therefore promote the support and development of the services themselves. This will make it possible to optimize the resources to be allocated to the development of services;
- promote a development of services with respect to the strategic objectives defined in the conference of mayors;
- promote the culture of continuous quality improvement in services.
