IFS has published the Italian translation of the IFS Food doctrine version 8 .
The document provides answers to the most frequently asked technical questions and provides clarifications on the requirements and is of a regulatory nature complementary to the standard.
Accordingly, companies , certification bodies and auditors must comply with the clarifications contained therein.
The third version of the doctrine published in April 2024 provides specifications related to the following Part 2 requirements:

Requirement 4.4.1. on specific procedures for the supply of animals, fish and seafood subject to the control of prohibited substances.

Requirement 4.18.11 relating to the traceability of all edible parts of the carcass, including blood, before they are considered fit for human consumption in the case of animal slaughterhouses.
