During the TuttoFood fair in Milan, the President of CSQA Luigino Draws delivered the EPD certificate to the Jolly Sgambaro pasta factory for the Sgambaro Yellow Label, in packs of 500 g, in three available formats (Long Pasta Traditional Formats, Long Bronze Drawn Pasta, Short Bronze Drawn Pasta) .CSQA had already awarded the company, among the various certifications, the first “Italian Durum Wheat” product certification (DTP.n. 061 - CERT. N. 1179).
Now this new goal is part of an environmental sustainability policy aimed at reducing CO 2, bringing the cultivation of wheat closer to the mill, the use of energy from renewable sources, saving energy in the mill and pasta factory and recycling all packaging.
