Owned by the Della Torre-Ricci family, Group Y is a reality that spans various sectors ranging from the activity of Nautical Tourism , with its 5 Nautical Bases located between Sardinia and Campania, to the activity of concessionaire of sailing and motor boats with 2 Showrooms in Sardinia. Up to the shipbuilding and refitting activities with the Olbia shipyard structure.

The group also includes an innovative SME which is developing various solutions for future application in the nautical industry sector.

The mission and vision of Group Y are the development of sustainable nautical tourism and the dissemination of the culture of the sea .

The activity of Nautical Tourism has become the first widespread Nautical Hotel in Italy, with ISO 9001 certification , a new type of tourist accommodation facility.

In the Albergo Nautico the company structure remains on land, has no crews and takes care of all the typical services of an accommodation business, but can only navigate in the coastal stretch near the base of ar.
