«A positive result therefore», observed Breda, «which led to the possibility of liquidating the organic milk contributed by the members at 69.15 euros per hectolitre , compared to a national average price of 60.57 euros, and a German average of 60.73 euros. And against a national average price for conventional non-organic milk paid to farmers of 48 euros per hectolitre».
A profitable result that is unique in Veneto for farmers and which rewards the excellent management of the Center and the quality of the milk and Cansiglio products, which are also subject to the Certification of brands and milk products with the Phytoche Projects in which 5 mountain dairies participate, the Development Project with CSQA for the enhancement of products and the Cansiglio Plateau, the Biodiversity Friend project for pastures and fodder, and Ibfoam for greater animal welfare and social justice.
