Charitas Asp , a Modena-based company that deals with the care and assistance of people with severe psycho-physical disabilities, has obtained ISO 9001 and UNI 11010 quality certification, at the end of a process conducted in synergy with the CSQA certification body.
The official delivery of the certificate took place last January 22nd during an event at the Strada Panni headquarters, in the presence of the Members and the Board of Directors of the ASP, the Charitas Family Association and the managers of CSQA. 
A significant step for Charitas Asp, which thus continues the path of improvement of the processes and the management system: “Obtaining this quality certification – comments the President of Charitas Asp Mauro Rebecchi – is a source of great satisfaction and confirms the desire of the institute to continue to grow also from a management point of view. We would not have been able to reach this goal without the contribution of CSQA, which I would like to thank on behalf of the company for their precious and fruitful collaboration".
Both certifications will produce various advantages for Charitas Asp, including making the assessment of risks and opportunities systematic on which to base strategic decisions, the adoption of an organizational model based on the integrated approach to processes and the sharing of individual experiences to improve performance, increase the ability to satisfy the needs and expectations of its customers/guests through an improvement in the quality of life and better knowledge and control of the company, the reduction of costs connected to the inefficiency of the activities carried out, the timely definition of responsibility and professional growth paths of the resources employed, greater transparency towards the relevant stakeholders.
