They find work a year after graduation and carry out qualified professions in various sectors: from teaching in schools to managerial roles up to employment opportunities in the economic, financial, IT and digital fields.
This is the profile of the graduates in Mathematics of the University of Ferrara, who yesterday took part in the MATH4JOB event, organized by the Department of Mathematics and Computer Science of Unife to facilitate meetings with companies.
After last year's success, this year at MATH4JOB, graduates, male and female students were able to meet a dozen companies and institutions , including Centro Software, Municipality of Ferrara, Credem, CRIF, CSQA , JRC – European Commission, Prometeia, SOL3.
The representatives of the organizations, in addition to illustrating which professions a Mathematician performs and why he is a required figure in the world of work, talked with the students explaining which roles they can apply for and what they offer in terms of job offers.
