Confcooperative Romagna has obtained the certification for Gender Equality . The certificate, technically the Uni PdR 125:2022 , was delivered by the CSQA certification body after a process that included meetings and training courses, during which the application of the Gender Equality Policy was measured and analyzed in the areas of selection and hiring, career management, salary equity, parenting and care, work life balance and discrimination in the workplace.
