“Banca d'Alba is the first Italian banking company to achieve and obtain the three certifications and attestations on Gender Equality, Diversity and Inclusion, Social Responsibility, bringing these very sensitive and important issues within the entire organization of the bank” : these are the words of the auditors who carried out the inspections.
The delivery took place by Marco Omodei Sale , Head of Innovation at CSQA , the certification body with which Banca d'Alba undertook the voluntary certification and attestation process which ended positively with the simultaneous release of the certification for the Gender Equality – Uni PdR 125:2022 , and certifications on Diversity and Inclusion – UNI ISO 30415:2021 and on Social Responsibility – UNI EN ISO 26000:2020 .
