Gender equality in organizations, the new FAQs Following the publication of UNI/PdR 125 in 2022, there are now over 16,000 certified company sites (source: Accredia database), and many new organizations have already started a journey to apply the reference practice and certify their management system for gender equality.

The certification accredited according to UNI/PdR 125 is currently in fourth place in Italy in terms of diffusion among companies (Accredia, July 2024), thus symbolizing an ongoing change that demonstrates a greater sensitivity towards gender issues and social responsibility in general.

And it is precisely thanks to the application experience gained in these two years that it has been possible to create a new support document for all organizations that wish to adopt a management system for gender equality.

“UNI/PdR 125 FAQ – Application addresses for UNI/PdR 125” , the new document drawn up by UNI and Accredia , collects clarifications, operational aspects and information on specific KPIs (Key Performance Indicators).

Compared to the previous FAQs published in May 2023, the brochure answers the most common questions, offering practical insights on various aspects related to the adoption of the practice and responding to the most recurring doubts relating to requirements, certification, monitoring and evaluation of company performance from a gender perspective.
