CSQA has obtained from Accredia the accreditation of the certification scheme relating to the safety of workers BS OHSAS Social Services sector - MACROSECTOR 11 of the SCR scheme.
The adoption and implementation of an accredited system of health and safety in the workplace certainly cannot be neglected by companies or bodies that deal with personal services.
The growth of the company level and depth from a management, managerial, training point of view, necessarily passes through the awareness of the risk and the perception of the level of risk, first of all the risk relating to the health and safety of the workers, considering:
- SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY : The issues related to the health and safety of workers are perhaps the FIRST issue, in order of importance, that any SOCIALLY RESPONSIBLE company or body with SUSTAINABILITY OBJECTIVES must take charge, towards its employees and workers but also indirectly towards its users (sharing of safety objectives)
- SAVINGS : There are many economic benefits, not only for the proven reduction of accidents at work (-8% of accidents in the period 2009-2011 according to ACCREDIA data, with a significant further reduction of the frequency in BS 18001 certified companies equal to -27% and a significant reduction in the seriousness of events equal to -35%) , reduction of NON-SAFETY costs related to accidents and accidents, exemption from administrative responsibilities pursuant to Legislative Decree 231/ 2001 by virtue of Legislative Decree 81/2008, but also for INAIL incentives (calls for tenders and loans which provide for the maximum attribution of points to certified companies by an accredited body) and discounts on insurance premiums (from 7% to 30% depending on the number of workers).
- MARKET RESPONSE : Effective, efficient and prompt response to requests from the public administration or customers who want to protect their value chain by putting into practice virtuous organizational growth mechanisms that can lead to a reduction in the level of risk along the entire value chain. Increase the ability to respond to market challenges, with improved performance in terms of productivity, flexibility and innovation capacity. Ability to respond flexibly to the growing need to diversify services within the same company or body, applying the same security levels or systems in such a way as to be able to give homogeneous responses in terms of risk level.
- CONSCIOUS GROWTH : Growth of the company assets in terms of human resources, with the preparation of corporate training programs; increasing risk awareness and the need to apply prevention systems, proactive systems to avoid injuries and accidents.
