The OP Consorzio Funghi di Treviso has worked to acquire the Zero Residue certification, issued by the Csqa certification body to products that guarantee Zero Residue , with respect to the limit of 0.01 mg/Kg, for pesticides allowed on the crop ( Csqa Dtp 021 Cert. n. 23765). Those of the Treviso OP are the first mushrooms with Zero Residue certified by Csqa in Italy .
