This is a project that aims to give an innovation boost to the fruit and vegetable sector of large-scale distribution, creating islands, destined to become increasingly larger and more varied, of references united by the fact that they have zero residue, in line with the growing market demand for genuine products, with a short and controlled supply chain and increasingly "natural" .

The OP Consorzio Funghi di Treviso has worked to acquire the Zero Residue certification, issued by the Csqa certification body to products that guarantee Zero Residue , with respect to the limit of 0.01 mg/Kg, for pesticides allowed on the crop ( Csqa Dtp 021 Cert. n. 23765). Those of the Treviso OP are the first mushrooms with Zero Residue certified by Csqa in Italy .
