Food Defence, IFS publishes the new Guidelines

IFS recently published the guidelines for food defense: "IFS Product and Food
Defense Guidelines" version 2.

This document is a reference for the development of a food defense program.

In this guideline the risk matrix for food defense risk assessment has also been defined and an internal checklist is also available.
