The Forest Agreement fits into the national panorama of supply chain and business network agreements, representing an innovative legal instrument for the development of virtuous synergies for the benefit of forest areas and the multifunctionality that characterizes the sector.
This new tool was born with article 35-bis "Measures for simplification and promotion of the circular economy in the forest-wood supply chain", of decree law 31 May 2021, n. 77, converted, with amendments, into Law 29 July 2021, n. 108.
The Forest Agreement therefore represents an innovative legal instrument for the development of virtuous synergies for the benefit of forest areas and the multifunctionality that characterizes the sector.
