On 4 May, the Bari Chamber of Commerce presented the results of the research "Welfare according to the industries of Bari" , promoted by the Centro Studi Intrapresa and conducted by Confimi Industria Bari Bat and Foggia with the University of Bari, the LUM University and the scientific collaboration of CSQA , M74 Solution, the Dialogoi District and the De Feo-Vulpis associated studio.

The questionnaire, prepared by professors Letizia Carrera of Uniba and Francesco Amendolito of LUM, was administered to a panel of 100 companies in the industrial areas of Bari and Molfetta and intended to explore the state of the art in terms of tools adopted in Bari companies to increase the well-being of their employees and collaborators , the quality of life in the company and outside working hours.

A picture of somewhat encouraging results emerged: our companies are growing markedly in the care and attention to the relationship with their employees , but they can and must do even more through dedicated figures and more structured interventions.

The sociologist Letizia Carrera was keen to highlight the change of pace of Apulian companies that are beginning to implement virtuous welfare strategies that take the form of better ways of managing time, space but also the services offered to employees and collaborators. All this with a view to an increasingly aware Corporate Social Responsibility .
