Gender equality as the foundation of a fair, ethical and productive working environment. With this belief, the Gea social cooperative has obtained gender equality certification in compliance with UNI PdR 125 Practice , from the accredited body, CSQA Certifications .
GEA Società Cooperativa Sociale , founded in 1984 in Bari, immediately created a solid social welfare and educational network, developing synergies with public institutions and private social and voluntary organizations.
In this certification process, it then defined the detailed objectives in the Strategic Plan through Performance Indicators based on the 6 thematic areas indicated in UNI/PdR 125:2022 : culture and strategy; governance; HR processes; opportunities for growth and inclusion of women in the company; remuneration equity by gender; protection of parenthood and work-life balance.
