The operational focus of the master's degree is the effective transmission, on a theoretical, methodological and technical-operational level, of skills in the field of food safety in the food and beverage industry.
The course is characterized, in particular, by a practical and dynamic teaching : theoretical sessions alternate with laboratories, case studies and project work.
