125 gram tub, for the zero-residue blackberry from the Sant'Orsola cooperative, on the market from next spring. The Sant'Orsola cooperative is the only Italian company that can offer both blueberry and raspberry and now also zero-residue blackberry.

Another novelty is given by strawberries , produced, for the first time, by members in Sicily. Result of research and experiments to obtain the best variety and suitable for the territory, it is a very tasty and fragrant fruit. The first Sicilian strawberries of Sant'Orsola have already been on sale for a few days in 250 gram flowpack trays. They are produced from December to April in the fields of the members of Southern Italy and subsequently in the North until autumn, but the project aims to cover the entire year with its own production.

Returning to the zero-residue blackberry , this is Csqa certified , and is the result of 15 years of collaborative work between the Sant'Orsola experimenters together with numerous research institutes and the cooperative's members.
