Dear Director,
with reference to the article "We wise workers with punctured shoes" , published on November 7 in Il Gazzettino, on page 11 of the Padua edition, signed by the journalist Francesco Cavallaro, a note of correction is hereby requested.
In fact, the article is accompanied by a photo with a close-up of one of the non-compliant safety boots that the company supplies to its workers, putting them at risk with poor quality safety devices that are no longer compliant. In the background of the image there is an old certification of Savi Servizi with the logo of the company CSQA Certificazioni in evidence.
Given that the Savi Servizi company is no longer certified by CSQA Certificazioni since March 2012, it follows that the certificate shown in the photo cannot be valid. As such, therefore, it cannot be highlighted in an article which denounces the low quality of a company that makes a serious shortcoming in terms of occupational safety of its employees.
In fact, the photo conveys false information that affects the reputation of a company - CSQA Certificazioni - which has been operating in Italy as a primary certification body for over twenty years, pursuing its commitment to safety in the workplace.
