Six months after the publication of the UNI/PdR 125:2022 reference practice on the management system for gender equality , UNI and ACCREDIA have developed a document that contains FAQs ( Frequently Asked Questions ) capable of providing useful interpretations for the correct application of the document.
For easier consultation, the FAQs are grouped according to the topics and the structure of the practice itself:
- general aspects;
- operational aspects (KPI, calculation methods and more);
- appendix A (certification);
- appendix B (examples of KPIs).
Thanks to the FAQs, on the one hand, we intend to respond to the needs of a better application of the UNI/PdR 125 by all organizations and on the other, to guarantee a uniform and homogeneous approach by the conformity assessment bodies which will certify, under accreditation, based on the UNI/PdR 125.
The list of Frequently Asked Questions may be updated and integrated on the basis of the progressive use, application and diffusion of the reference practice, and of the related certification activities carried out by the accredited bodies. (Source: https://www.uni.com/ )
