After the epochal day of Thursday (26/9/2024) – with the signing in the Senate of the first production specification of Pazientina in the presence of Senator Antonio De Poli – we are sending that draft to the certification body of the Veneto Region , the CSQA of Thiene. The response is expected in a couple of days, then the package for the recognition of the Protected Geographical Indication (PGI) for the dessert par excellence of Padua , the Pazientina , can pass into the hands of the Ministry of Agriculture . Then, after six months, it will head straight to Brussels.
