Over 350 hectares of good Emilian land , located between the provinces of Bologna and Ferrara, are destined for the cultivation of cereals such as soft wheat, corn and soy, including organic ones , using both conventional cultivation techniques, for the main soft wheat supply chains, and cultivation techniques that guarantee organic products. According to Molini Pivetti, sustainability finds its maximum expression and concreteness in these fields.
