Over 350 hectares of good Emilian land , located between the provinces of Bologna and Ferrara, are destined for the cultivation of cereals such as soft wheat, corn and soy, including organic ones , using both conventional cultivation techniques, for the main soft wheat supply chains, and cultivation techniques that guarantee organic products. According to Molini Pivetti, sustainability finds its maximum expression and concreteness in these fields. In fact, part of the cultivation area has long been under the brand name "Campi Protetti Pivetti" - to which "Campi Protetti Pivetti Sostenibile" has also been added more recently - thereby identifying the company supply chain controlled and certified by the international body CSQA , to guarantee the total wholesomeness of the grains used for the production of Molini Pivetti flours.
