  • Qualifications required: Master's degree in subjects related to agribusiness, preferably related to animal production

What will you do

Ensure the correct application of internal and external procedures in compliance with the PDO Parma Ham control plan with regard to the breeding sector.

The duties and tasks of the Back Office Allevamenti Parma DOP are:
  • manage incoming and outgoing documentation regarding inspections at farms in the Parma PDO supply chain
  • manage and record data received in company management systems and ministerial portals regarding
  • inspections at farms, specifically for sampling activities, surveillance/supplementary inspections, notification of any nonconformities
  • monitor deadlines related to the inspection process and uploads to ministerial portals
  • support inspection staff in the management of inspection documentation
  • manage the various requests from recognized subjects in the PDO Parma Ham supply chain

Selection process
