- Required qualification/experience: Bachelor's or Master's degree in a subject related to the agribusiness field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Good ability to organize and plan activities
- Good knowledge of English languages
- Good knowledge of computer tools
- Good predisposition to teamwork and achievement of set goals
- Residence/domicile near the place of work
What will you do
Guarantee the effective management of the acquired customer in relation to:
- Drafting of renewal contracts and contracts relating to new standards sold to acquired customers
- Correct application of the certification process, in compliance with the managed schemes
- Maintenance of the customer portfolio and increase of CSQA services on it, in close collaboration with: sales, Key-Account where designated, and Business Unit managers.
The duties and tasks of the Client Manager are:
- issue economic offers in compliance with the rules of compliance, the price list in force, applying any discounts within the limits permitted by the company policy
- effectively manage the certification process from the acquisition of the contract to the issuing of the certificate, in accordance with the technical rules applicable to each certification scheme and in times compatible with the customer's needs
- collaborate with business unit manager, key-account where designated, commercial for the consolidation of assigned customers and turnover growth
- respond to customer requests by coordinating with the necessary functions involved
- interface effectively with evaluators
- coordinate with the Planning office for managed schemes
- plan inspection activities for schemes not managed by the Planning office
- support the Scheme Manager and Quality Assurance for the resolution of any problems/complaints and/or during internal checks or by third-party control bodies.
Selection process
Recruitment in CSQA is divided into several stages, which also vary according to the role sought and the experience of those applying (young people entering the job market, candidates with little experience, professionals, etc.).
The first phase is the evaluation of the cvs received, following which the profiles found to be of interest for the current searches are contacted for an initial telephone interview, which also serves to verify the candidates' willingness to participate in the selection process and to make an appointment for the first meeting.
