CSAD – Centro Studi Ambientali e Direzionali di Bari has received certification from CSQA for Gender Equality in compliance with UNI PdR 125 Practice .

With over 20 years of experience in the design and delivery of post-graduate master's degrees, specialization courses and advanced managerial, continuous, professional, corporate, specialist, recognized training, orientation and professional placement of participants , it is a point of reference for Southern Italy .

The delivery of the certificate to the Sole Director Dr. Massimo Favia was made by Massimiliano Oro - Head of CSQA Personal Services Business Unit.

The Gender Equality Policy, defined by CSAD Management in collaboration with the Steering Committee, reports the principles, objectives and guiding indications that define CSAD's commitment to issues relating to gender equality, the valorization of diversity and empowerment.

CSAD has processes in place to identify and remediate any non-inclusion events.

  • HR Processes : implementation of HR processes relating to different stages that characterise the life cycle of a resource in the organisation based on principles of inclusion and respect for diversity.

  • Growth opportunities and inclusion of women in the company: improving the organization's ability to create gender-neutral access to internal career and growth paths and their acceleration.

  • Gender pay equity: implementing processes to balance remuneration.

  • Parental protection and work-life balance : implementation of policies to support staff in their parenting and caregiving activities

Since 2004, CSAD has been an Accredited Body with the Puglia Region and thanks to numerous collaborations and partnerships, it has a 90% Job Placement rate.
