Gender Equality Certification for Consorzio Prisma of Vicenza

Consorzio Prisma di Vicenza has obtained the Certification for Gender Equality from CSQA , in reference to UNI/PdR 125 .

Consorzio Prisma, like its associated cooperatives, is made up of people who work together every day to achieve and satisfy common needs.
Sharing common goals is fundamental but even more so are the values that guide every daily action.

For this reason, the economic aspect is important in the organization and operation of the Consortium but is secondary to its social and cultural dimension.

Gender equality is not only an ethical value, but also a key factor in improving corporate performance. It is intended to ensure that all voices are heard and that each person has the same opportunities for development and career.

The Consortium's goals are clear: to continue working to reduce the gender gap within the organization, promoting policies and practices that favor equity.

The path that led to obtaining the certification was divided into various phases – from self-assessment to training, from the adoption of a specific policy to the definition of specific procedures – and involved in a more or less direct way all the bodies and professional figures : from governance to those with coordination roles up to the operators.

The audit conducted highlighted an inclusive environment, where the person is always at the center of its actions.

The Prisma consortium, already certified for some time for the ISO 9001 scheme with CSQA, will be verified annually with surveillance audits, in order to monitor continuous improvement as required by the Practice and accreditation regulations.
